I don't know if this is allowed, if it is not allowed, I am sorry, you can delete this very thread. I'm so bored tonight, I really want to chat to some members from here, on Msn. I assume most of you have Msn, so if you have it, you can add me if you like. I want to talk Tomb Raider, and stuff.

Daz_Automatic at hotmail.com.

You can shoot me if this is not allowed lol.

Posting your email address as a direct link is just asking for spam. Just a warning. :p

I never knew it was spam, oh well, I won't do it again.

*Dazzy gets a bullet in his head.*

BTW: Putting your e-mail address out like that only opens your account to spambot invasion.

So don't be surprised if you get over 20 e-mails encouraging you to buy viagra :wve:.

Well, I'm not sure if this thread would be considered spam (that's debatable), but you'll GET a lot of spam for posting your email address like that.

If a person wants to share their Messenger addy, He/She will PM you on your request. There is no need to make a thread on it (you have no idea as to how many fools I had to get rid of in my MSN account :pi:.)

Dazzy

I shall be prepared then, for the huge amount of emails coming my way lol.

Yeah, you reall should just edit your first post...
but then again anyone can copy and paste the address and change [at] to @

I have pmed a few people, but no one has added me to their account, I only have two people who did, Mica and Jason Davies.

No need for PM-ing either. just click on the msn icon beneath their avatar, if they don't have, then either they don't use MSN (like me, at least rarely), or they don't feel like chatting...

Then its clear that they don't want to add you in. Don't force anyone to do so. There is no point in haggling someone for something they don't want to give.

I've gotten so many of those that I think i'm getting tempted.

Kinda harsh, but accurate...

Dazzy

I am not forcing them to add me, I just ask them once, and if they say yea I will add you, or not sorry I don't have Msn, then I accept it.

I only agree with the line I quoted not the rest. Asking is not forcing.

Simple reply:

"The day I need Viagra to please my partner would be the day George W. actually learns how to eat a pretzel properly."

Don't live your life expecting everyone to talk to you as thier first priority. :)

Is it really living your life expecting everyone to talk to you as thier first priority to ask someone for their MSN?

Just asking...

Well then you got your reply. We have had multiple threads on the same topic. Usually a member adds a "Messenger Button" option underneaith their avatar if they don't mind people adding them in.

some people are sooo hypocritical lol

if you want to give out your email , just do it. Its a way to make friends i guess. Same as most things though, has a few negative outcomes aswell as good :)

No, he is expecting them to answer and say if they will add him or not. :)

Dazzy, you seem to not get the point of the well-meant warnings. Simply replace the "@" with "[at] and it is no direct link anymore. Spybots eat direct links.
