I bet your wondering what this topic is about. Anyway, it all happened yesterday, whilst I was looking outside my back garden window, I spotted two boys on the field, quite near our back garden door. It was quite unclear what they were doing, but soon enough, it appeared they had a shovel with them, as they appeared to be flatterning the grass, beats me why they were doing that. I saw plenty of bikes, bmx's over there yesterday, and I was wondering to myself, is there a bike race going on? Before I thought that, I thought theses boys are sorting out the pitch, but the pitch is not exactly there, as it's a bit further away from there. On to today, I saw bikes flying in the air and there appeared be to so damn many. I really wanted to have a closer look, and I did, and it did appear that the reason the bikes were flying in the air, is because there were soil ramps there, getting interesting isn't it. When all the bikers had gone, I ran up the garden, and to my shock, the area they were in had a huge giant hole, with a red shovel in it, plus 3 huge soil ramps! It seemed they had just dug up some soil and made it in to ramps, and used ther bikes to go on to them to try and get some hang time! This was just out of order, so I went over there, and nicked the red shovel they had used. It's currently in the room I'm in, and I'm not giving it back to them, after what they did to the field, and the grass!

It's the first time it's happened, so from now I'm going to have a close eye on the field.

Do you know if the field is private or owned by the local council? If it is council land the kids (and/or their parents) might be prosecuted for damage like that

I doubt it.
The local councils in most areas never do anything.

The Local Council probably own the field, so I have proof what they did as I filmed it, plus I have the shovel, so I hope I can get them done.

Jenni you heard about that murder at all?Maybe these "Ramps" in Kent are actually where the murderer is poorly burying his victims, and the kids with bikes innocently mistook the lumpy ground for ramps?

I'd get rid of the shovel ASAP if I were you Dazzy! ;)

Dazzy, it might be worth getting in touch with the council, and - if necessary - the police. You would have to investigate the legality first, but if this is public land I doubt the kids have any right to do this.
