tr1 advanced installer and vdm sound

i'm trying to download the freeware programs for tr1 advanced installer a vdm sound every site i try to get these 2 programs will not start downloading is this are these out of date programs or am i doing something wrong. i just pretty much click the site but no downlaod will start. any help will be appreciated.
