Southwest Trains travel information sucks!!!

Just spent 20 minutes trying to find out train times for Southwest Trains. Their web site doesn't work for ****, their travel line you have to wait 5 minutes for the electronic voice to finally give up and put you through to someone, and when you're finally through, you're trying to explain your journey to someone speaking broken English from ****ing India.

WTF is going on with this country!?

It's going down hill tlr,and don't get me started on public transport,they put ticket prices up and still give very poor costomer services and wonder why people complain,makes me sick:mad:
