13th floor - no way out ?

I'm on the 13th Floor, used the hammer on the padlock to avoid the vent collapsing, climbed up the ladder and gone through to the corridor with the coke machine, shot out the vents and crawled through to the other side of the red beams, shot the guard in the glass booth and then saved.

Now I am stuck, I can find nothing on this floor except a lift to the 16th floor where there are 3 guards to shoot and nothing else.

What do I do now ?

When you come out of the lift WALK left to not be spotted, then use the card on the reader at the end. Go through the triangular door, do not draw a gun cos of a cannon in the cieling. Press the switch on the panel with the iris hologram. Then leave the room, kill the guards and make you way into a room with some hazard suits in a lockers. open them and one of them will get you a code disk. Go back to the 13th floor, and down to the panel at the end and use the code disk.
