Where was the CD key? Was it printed on the manual, the CD, or just a random piece of paper that came with the game? Perhaps if the CD came with a pdf manual, you can see the CD key there? It's been ages since I played a game that required a CD key. I usually copy them all into a word document in case I lose the paper (that doesn't exactly help you now, but if you find it again you can write it somewhere safe :)) Also, with some games, it remembered the CD key the next time I installed it. Perhaps this game does too?

There's a form in www.thesims2.com that you can send to EA and, if you registered the game, they'll give you your code again.

No, that won't work.
Only one serial code for the game will work, and that's the one that comes on the back of the manual that disc was in.

You will have to contact EA, or find the manuel. Getting a serial number from someone else, from the Internet or using a key/code generator, is illegal.

K.J, I suggest you edit your post and remove such info, just in case.

I went back to the store and they opened a new case of (sims superstar) and they gave me another serial... But after a few months i found the manual!

That's weird. What happens to the guy who buys that copy of sims superstar? Does his serial number not work anymore because it's already in use?
