Lost Valley Challenge

Has anyone ever tried this just for fun? :D Finish the level without killing the T-Rex! Find all the secrets and pickups too. It´s even more exciting if you don´t save your game..

Me too! :D I really freaked out when I first did this. Especially when the T-Rex seemed to get its fangs into the small cave near the waterfall where one of the secrets is! :eek:

Ive never tried this, i may have a go, once ive finished the game. Ive never completed Tomb Raider 1 before, ive just finished the Tomb of Tihocan level, so when i complete the game, ill try this challenge.

I could never make it back to that little cave in TR2 /Great Wall. Rex always got me. I could get down but not back.

But of course you can. Shoot and keep shooting!

Bad thing is, you now have to deal with them all at the same time.
Best is to shoot them when you encounter them while you are exploring, because you will meet some when they're alone, and 2 times a group of reds. It is possible to kill all of them without suffering any scratch yourself.
Oh, and use the shotgun. Two bullets (or even one) per red-guy might be enough. ;)

I've completed the "Lost Valley" challenge, I killed all the Raptors and let T-Rex live!

I've got all the secrets and I think I've got all pick-up's as well?

Man, That was hard! ;)

I hated the way the background of the levels fade in this level. You could always just about see its shadow coming towards you. I was jsut like http://www.tombraiderforums.com/images/smilies/yikes.gif the first time i saw it. lol

Yes there are 5 secrets in Lost Valley, that´s for sure.^^ On the temple roof, in the cave on the waterfall,in the small cave next to the waterfall,near the small bridge and the cog mechanism and in the small room after diving through the water tunnel.
