Hi guys :wve:

My sound recorder isn't recording even though my speakers and microphone are installed and fully functional. Is there something I'm not doing that i should be ?

Thanks :wve:

Hi Joseph :wve:

Well I run sound recorder and pressed the record button. Thats all.

Oh and when I ran your link, it gave me the following error:

This application has failed to start because framedyn.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

It eventually ran giving me this :

Control Panel > Sounds and Audiodevices > tab Audio. Make sure you have a microphone selected, click button Volume and set it. Also on tab "Voice" do the same.

I get a windows security prompt asking me if I want to unblock a program. I dont know if its a random prompt or its related to the changes I made.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v686/bellatrix66/prompt.jpg

Do I unblock?

The sound recorder, on the other hand, is recording now. Thanks a million Joseph :wve: What was wrong with it?

Since the recorder is working you can select Ask me Later. It is not very clear which program it is is it.
