Okay, so Im reading over the message(s) from Eidos and other posts, and I realise this is a game based on/inspired by the original TR1 so it's not going to be an exact replica.

But *please please please* dont set any of the new levels in a city!!! (unless it's an ancient underground ruined city) hehe Seriously though, I'll be so disappointed.

They keep talking about how they want to keep it classic and please original fans (such as I) and the whole reason I loved TR1 was because we had nothing but tombs and temples and caves etc. It was PERFECT! A modern city level, like London (TR3), Japan (TRL) etc would really ruin the atmosphere. And I know there are people who say we need variety and Ive already seen posts about making the cut scene at Natla Technologies into a playable level - but we have enough TR games with modern cities. I really hope they leave it out of TRA.

Or this is one fan who will not be pleased!

PS I hope they keep the original music, it was amazing :)

An underground city would be so cool, like Vilcabama or Khamoon. :tmb:

I agree that a modern city would a be a little out of place in Tomb Raider I. I like city levels, usually, but perhaps not in the first game.

I wonder if the FMV where Lara zooms up the side of Natla Technologies HQ will be playable .
