Tomb Raider is a great game and Great story right! Yeah except for one thing, you never get to really know how lara knows Natla and Larson. It seems in the original that Lara is fairly aquainted with Natla and that Larson is some one she's known for a long time. I want to feel the tension between lara and larson throughout the game and Natla and Lara. Also, Pierre seems also like another aqaintence of lara from the past, maybe they are both partners in Tomb Raiding at some point. So more of a back story would be great, who lara is, why the way she is, why she is treated by larson that way. And how she knows those three people especially larson and Pierre. They seem some what close yet distant.

Also these are the levels I would like to see in the game (includes Extra levels).

Location: PACIFIC-NORTHWEST

level 1 -Turtorial-Bigfoot:
Lara chases down bigfoot according to the article Larson has at the beginning. This should be like Legend's first level, Boliva, not too long not too hard, but gets you aquainted with lara the controls and adds some exciting back country chasing Bigfoot. Maybe some tree climbing, crawling thorugh holes and going into the beast's cave.

Location:PERU

Level 2-Peru:
You start maybe at a small villiage get to know your guide and climb the mountain kinda like Nepal in Legend some jumping and climbing includes the Begining Cutscene where she cuts the rope and takes out the wolves.

Level 3-Caves
Level 4-City of Vacamba (Mis spell sorry)
Level 5-lost valley
Level 6 -Tomb of Qualepec
Level 7- Escape from the Valley- once lara defeats larson for the scion she escapes from the lost valley, mostly timed level really short and sweet.

Location: MIAMI

Level 8- Discoverying the Second- lara goes to Natla Technologies to discovery what exactly the Scion is all about and about the second one. Kinda like Japan but more like Chronicles 13th Floor except a stealth level, no one can know she is there.

Location: ITALY

Level 9-The Search of St. Francis: Climb the Cliffs to St. Francis folly.

Level 10- St. Francis Folly
Level 11- Collesuem- you figure out how to get inside the Collesuem a couple of puzzles some climbing.
Level12-Inside the Collesuem- like the original but more stuff a twist between chronicles and the originals Collesuem but more like TR1's
Level 13- Palace Midas
Level 14 - Cistrin
Level 15- Tomb of Tihocan

Location:Egypt

Level 16 Cairo- Lara discovers the location of the last Scion she gets a motorcycle and you explore the desert to Kammaroon.

Level 17-the City of Kammroon
Level 18- Oblisek of Kammroon
Level 19 Sancurary of the Scion

Level 20- Pitch Black- you escape from larson with the Scion into a vast cave system, you find your way out thorugh a series of traps and some animals, kinda like Caves.

Level 21- the Betrayel: lara escapes the mummies but not Natla and her henchmen she has to drop all plans and jumps into the river below, you then must without weapons get thorugh the treacherous enviroment and find your way to your motorcycle to catch up with Natla's boat.

Location: ATLANTIS

Level 22-natla's mines
level 23-Atlantis
Level 24- the Great Pyramid
level 25 -Escape from atlantis-lara makes her way out of the Great Pyramid but now run for her life, kinda like TR II's Great Wall escape.

Extra levels-
All TR 1 Gold levels!

So that is it. Pretty much make all the cutscenes in the original playable levels with extra content. All the original levels I would like to be the same, except for some added and extra components. more puzzles, new traps, more harder better animal enemies stuff like that and some new moves not found in the original game.

Also the locations are labeled because I would like every level with in it to be interconnect so no load screens, For example the first Peru level through the last level of the Peru location would be seemless and interconnected no areas of stoppage!

What if Legend is a prequel to TR1. Natla and Co maybe introduced in TR8

Excuse my ignorance of having never played TR1 but is it possible that the events from Legend with Amanda in Peru could be at the same time as her events in Peru from TR1? Don't flare at me if that sounds absurd - I'm just curious as to whether that is plausible lol.

Your idea of backstory with Larson and Natla is cool though - one thing I loved about Legend was the story, especially the ending. I like the idea of being able to play the cutscenes and the Miami level could be a nice insert between tombs. Looks good. :)

I don't think that the events in Peru Legend have anything to do with Peru TR1. But the Natla crates had to mean something in the final level. Perhaps it was just a hint that they're gonna remake TR1. That's what I always thought, but I guess it's always a possibility that Legend is TR1's prequel.

wow! your idea for the game is even longer, and better than what I came up with in the "Levels" post! You should be the one to send your ideas to CD, and this game will turn out awesome

Yeah I took some of your ideas which I think are great and just added a few more. if they do everything you said and just add a big foot level that would be great. i want big foot level to be kinda like T Mines in TR III with the monsters. And Ice palace in TRII except outside in the woods and some caves.

I'd love it, but somehow I get the feeling CD would knock that list down to just 6 levels... :(

There is 15 levels in the original if they add only 3 more its not much more time. YOu have to remember TR1 is only about a 15 hour game for the average player I recently beat it under 10 hours but I've played it twenty times. I am asking a bit much but you have to have all the original levels some extra puzzles and areas and stuff within those levels and some extra levels and then the Gold games four levels so between 23 -25 levels! If they put certain locations to gether without losing the original design and levels that would cut back too a bit!

I hope your wrong though Thevman, I like my TR!

When that happens, ladies and gentlemen, get your melee weapons and other hazardous items, we shall raid CD office.

There's nothing wrong with your request, I'd love it! :D But I just don't see CD cramming that much into this game. I really do feel they are doing the AE under duress. I think eidos forced them to do it after all the negative opinions flying around the web about them cancelling core's AE. TR1 remake deseves to be special, it was the game that started it all and CD needs to take the time to pay loving tribute to it. They also still need to prove to the old school players that they can make a proper TR game. TR1 deserves the respect it gets for introducing us to such a marvelous 3D world to interact in with such a lovely guide as lara who took care of us no matter how wild the adventure got. That's why I'd rather have seen core finish it, I think they know how special TR1 was. I don't feel CD gets that, not after the way they dumped so much of what makes a TR game special with the generic way they made legend.

I have been stock piling my supplies ever since eidos announced CD will do the AE. Anyone needing weapons or supplies just let me know... :mis:

Heavens NO!:yik:
They'll ruin Natla, just like they ruin legend lara.Natla is all mean and nasty just because she lost her mommy during her childhood. So she collects pieces of sion to locate her mother and the rest is a big mess.:o
