First update your Video & Sound drivers - they are too outdated!

Then refer to http://www.tombriderhub.com/faq/tr1/index.html & get DgVoodoo and install as described ;)

Just do as the FAQ recommends...
I suggest the following:

0. Read the FAQ attentively
1. Uninstall TR
2. Uninstall VDMSound & reboot
3. Reinstall VDMSound & reboot
4. Install TR using Tomb Raider Advanced Installer from the site I've linked to (install TR using DgVoodoo)
5. If changing any DgVoodoo settings change them at the DOS section not Windows ;)

-- Edit --
Update the drivers first, especially Audio drivers (as it's from Microsoft not from SB vendor) ;)

I reinstalled and rebooted VDM sound and uninstalled Tomb Raider and installed it again using the Voodoo again and it still does the samething:(

Can you post the screenshots of General & Glide tabs of DOS section of DgVoodoo?
BTW, are you trying to run tomb.exe or tomb3d.exe (tomb3dfx.exe) ;)

DOS section is in DgVoodoo settings ;)
And you can run C:\Tombraid\tomb.exe or C:\tombraid\tomb3d.exe...

Do you run TR from CD autorun menu? If yes - don't do that, run it directly from c:\tombraid (or where you installed it) instead.

The fact that you do not know "whether u get tomb.exe or tomb3d.exe" tells me that you have things at default. And that is OK.

To start the game, ALWAYS launch it from the shortcut created on Desktop: Tomb Raider (Glide)
