Pictures kinda small for me to be sure, but I'd either say the Grapple or a grenade. Do you have a bigger version?

It's the old grapple lara uses it only for mountain climbing, no dragging or pulling.

thats because its three hooks fold down when not used.

the old lara did needed it,.. but they erased it because of the engine,.. just like the braid,.. they werent able to use someting close to it until chronicles with the grapple gun, and still its sucked over there, so they decided to ommit it,..but she was always meant to be with it,.. and,.. so far,..
