Well, I don't know how thist happens again, but my computer works perfectly right now, and I don't want to re install windows again. Is there some other way. This does not make me problems for now, but I just want to fix it.
(I'm a bit paranoic, lol lol lol)
Please help me with solving this thing! Thank you!

CLICK HERE (http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcr71) to download and install MSVCR71.dll. Read the instructions. I hope this helps. :)

Do you use an outdated antivirus program, like Norton 2005??

MSVCR71.DLL is part of the Microsoft MFC library, which is a common shared component. It is possible that when you uninstalled another program it removed it.
First I would suggest you download and install Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1.1 Redistributable Package (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=262d25e3-f589-4842-8157-034d1e7cf3a3&DisplayLang=en). This should refresh the common components.
