Wrath of the Beast - My Remake!

This one I've been wanting to do for a while.

Anyone remember this dark, low quality video? It was basically showing off the Wrath of the Beast level, accompanied by the voiceover from the finale of TR4 to sort of hint at her having a flashback. It was one of my first Tr vids.

Yesterday, I got around to remaking it.
It's brighter,
better quality,
less repetative,
and dare I say -
Much more dramatic.

No difference, I haven't remade the level - just remade my old video about the level!

The ingame one is just her jumping around til she gets the artifact on the other side - in this one she's dangling on the edge having flashbacks to when she fell beneath the pyramid :D

Using the SCU, enabled the debug flying / swimming cheat, in the WotB area when the camera goes up high - I used the slow-mo button and had her swim upwards towards the camera, then in the editing programme reversed the footage and went from zoomed in to zoom out to make it look like she was falling and flailing her arms around :D

BTW,my first thought when I first played this level was that the part where you get jump on a rock and you have to wait for it to start falling forward in order to get across is taken straight out of The Fellowship of the Ring movie,don't you think?

And that swaying block really reminds me of the Mines of Moria too :D I bet if you played that music over the game whilst playing, you'd get the same feel!

Excellent, I'm glad it worked well on the upload to youtube - sometimes it un-synchs it! I tried pretty hard to sync it up, im chuffed it's shows :)

Definitely! There's a pic in one of the TR books I've got (the 'official companion' whatnot) of Adrian Smith in a meeting with a big big thick file of paper. How I want to know what was on those hundreds of pages! It's like the holy grail of TR! It'd have how Lara escaped, the future storylines, characters, everything I bet!
