Help me please!
You must install the latest nVidia drivers from HERE (http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_93.71.html).
ForceWare Release 90
Version: 93.71
Release Date: November 2, 2006
WHQL Certified
Driver Installation Hints
"Download Accelerator" utilities should be disabled when downloading any drivers.
Do not run virus protection software in the background while installing the drivers. This prevents the driver from configuring itself properly.
Before installing new drivers make sure you uninstall all NVIDIA display drivers from the Windows Control Panel. Browse to the Start Menu > Windows Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and search for "NVIDIA Windows Display Drivers" or "NVIDIA Display Drivers" and select remove.
For the rest, the performance of your card is limited to its capacities. Legend next gen requires a 512 MB DDR3 card (GF 7900/7950 GT/GTX/GTX2 - 8800GTS/GTX) to run smoothly.
The GF 7600GS / GT is not fit to run Legend next gen smoothly. It will run only at 800x600 with FSAA, fullscreen effects, shadows and Depth of Field disabled.
The 7800 GT 256MB is only a little better, try the same settings as above.

My currently nvidia driver is 93.81 beta :) Should I install driver 93.71 ?
Umm...Beta is a Beta. Official drivers are WHQL Certified. Draw your own conclusion.
But in most cases, the nVidia betas are fine. Where did you get your beta from? :)
And, which "GF 7xxx" card do you have?

I've got it from nvidia.com and on the computer I need the driver I have a gf 7300 GS 512mb ..... :)
Oh then i know what is your problem. GF 7300 is very basic. Don't be fooled by the 512 MB, as it is relatively slow DDR2, and the GPU (graphics processor unit) of the card is not fast enough to fully use the 512MB to begin with. This card is a 'circus-card'; the 512MB only serves commercial goal, people think: "hey, wow! a 512MB card só cheap!!!"
This card is not capable to run Legend next gen at acceptable framerates even at lowest settings. You can try though:
disable:
-FSAA
-Depth Of Field
-Fullscreen effects
-Shadows
-watereffects
Resolution: 800 x 600 or 600 x 480

Thank U and I and your info about running Trl next-gen on older video cards was useful .
Thank U and I and your info about running Trl next-gen on older video cards was useful .That's great, but your GF7300 would need no registry hack, because it IS a shader model 3.0 supporting card. Why did you use the hack??? There is no advantage for your card.... the hack is meant for old and outdated cards.

Well it runs smoother .........
OK, that's fine then, no problem! :tmb:
Thanks for the tip, i'll try it on my old GF7800GT-PC to see if there's any difference. :)

:vlol: GF7800gt old ?
Yes, 1˝ years. :) And mine is from the first build. 1 year ago was a newer version released with a GPU baked in a smaller micro-process which allows for higher clocks. Mine is old.

In my country it is new even if it's already old and it cost around 1000 euro .
Which country is that where you live?
