Ive heard that there is a patch for tombraider witch makes laura naked!.Is this true and where can i get it.

There was, but I think Eidos sued the people responsible and you can't get it anymore. Either way, you'll find that most people here aren't going to respond to nicely to these sorts of requests. ;)
