Even though I haven't really played it, I'd say that I like:

1. Tomb of Qualopec
2. The Lost Valley
3. The Great Pyramid

Those are my top 3... I don't know my bottom 3.

My favourite levels are Natla's Mines, Atlantis, St Francis' Folly and Sanctuary Of The Scion. My least favourite is probably The Lost Valley (dives for cover :o).

Faves:
1) Lost Valley - Cliched, I know :X
2) Tomb of Tihocan - Especially the big water room at the end
3) Obelisk of Khamoon - Nice and freeform :) And tons of artifact stealing.

Least faves:
1) Natla's Mines - Gah, back and forth, back and forth, etc.
2) The Great Pyramid - Just a bit too slow for a final level.
3) Caves - Overplayed.

I don't think I have a least favorite level, just least favorite parts. For instance, I really hated those flame traps in Palace Midas the first time through.

Natla´s Mines seems to be one of the least favorites for many of us.
