Just noticed this, the knots in Lara's hair magically flip upside down when you start using your guns, and some of her hair shape changes, check out the pics:

Yes I've seen. I positioned her to look at her face while she shoots. Her mouth moves and her hair go up !

Yes, that was an error wasnt it, They obviously didnt IDENTICALLY (Except the Angry Eyes and Mouth) Texture the Shooting Face Mesh lol. Ending up with a weird ass head :p Or, maybe when her face tences, it pulls her hair and the tie ^^

I know about that. It's just one of those things that you can go for years without noticing, and then one day you find it, and it becomes obvious every time you play - I even notice it in the PS1 version!

You think that's bad? In working on the TRX project, I discovered even more stupid things like this:

1) The open backed glove is rotated in different directions when you take guns from your holsters. It varies depending on the weapon used.
2) When you use the shotgun, the open backed glove disappears entirely and is replaced with a flat black colour

There are probably even more that I haven't found yet.

lol, a bit of confusion going on here.

But yeah, there are some really strange little errors in the game like this.

Anyone else seen anymore to share? ;)
