Is Brice supposed to be Alister or Zip? Or is he someone new for the movie?

The Tomb Raider movies follow completely different storylines than Legend or any of the other games. :)

Well...
Bryce is a kind of Zip.
But Zip had also´been in TR5. So they took a Bryce-like-person (but not the look of him) to Legend and called him Zip. Although Zip looked different in TR5.
Weird...
But Zip sits in the same room like Bryce sits in the Movie.

Alister is - dunno - a made up person. No relation to the movies or older games. Just a new character and nobody knows where he came from.

Hope someone can understand that. Think I weird myself :D

I think hes more like Alister, a bit of a wimp, it would be cool if you could play the movie as a game though :D

Anyone remeber in the first movie when lara finds the clock ticking under the stairs in her mansion, then goes to see some guy (can't exactly figure out his name?), its like an auction thing going on, then Lara goes to talk to him? They then figure out what the clock acutally is.

Alister could be a follow up to him?, and look more into things as lara delves into the unknown!

IMO Bryce is the Zip-like character in the movies.

I've always thought that Alister was a rip-off of Nigel from the TV show Relic Hunter. :D

I like the way that most episodes finish with Syd and Nigel being held at gun point by the least suspected crypt robber (like we were not that flexible as an audience to see that plot TWIST :D)

Zip is Bryce and Alister is Hillary...
Hillary helped Lara in COl exactly liker Alister did in Legend...

I dont really think Bryce is supposed to be Zip. Maybe he just inspired the character-builders. There are a lot of similaritie sbetwenn him and Zip actually. Not Alister.

Actually CD took a lot from the movie ...i was watching it again after a while and quite a lot of things struck me as being similar to TR7.

Yes perhaps CD did base the new Zip alot on Bryce from the movie and less on the Chronicles game, the same could be said with Hillary and Alister I think.

Also the manor is from the movie.

The climax was always hilarious in most episodes.

"Damn, the enemies will reach us in exactly 4 minutes and 12 seconds and our road is blocked by a spontaneous rockslide. The only way through is by blasting that rock over there with 12 parcels of standard-size C4 explosives to ensure our escape."
