99 Red Balloons

I am currently playing Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories on the PS2 and I know the red balloons work as the hidden packages did in the previous games, but how do I collect them?

I'm guessing I have to use a sniper rifle to shoot them? :confused:

i've only found and shot 1 :jmp: can't be bothered with them to be honest so i'm not even looking.....but yes, use sniper rifle to shoot them

just done the "Kill Phil part II" mission

will resume the game later (after the the F1 practice session at 11pm GMT) :D

You can shoot them with any gun, press the R shoulder button and down on the d-pad to aim. :)
