I bought a PC Gamer mag today, and it has the tLotR: Shadows of Angmar demo with it! :jmp:

It's installing and 'updating' as I type, and I'm so hyped - I've been waiting FOUR Years for this moment!!

:yah: Anyone else got the Beta installed? :yah:

Damnnn it's still installing on mine, 3 hours later.. 81%
This happened when I got Star Wars online too, should be done in a while though.

I hope it feels different from Guild Wars.

It's ace!! Very twitchy, but ace! :D
I made an elf and a hobbit, and hobbits rule because they're not stuck in el crappy snow village, they're in an area around bree, a little town near it and a gorgeous little countryside bit.

I'll post some screens later!

Ooh.. this sounds exciting!

Is it like Guild Wars? How longs it been out? :)

It's only in Beta stage at the mo, it comes out in April.

It's pretty cool, and I think it's going to be very much like Guild Wars (which puts me off) but set in Middle Earth, with amazing locations and architecture (which makes me want it) but we'll probably have to pay monthly (which puts me off) but it's The Lord of the Rings! (Which makes me want it again.)

Guild warsy I suppose - like any other MMORPG.
Controls are nice, combat isn't any more complicated than any other of the same type - Click the enemy, click your command, he does it.

Lots of missions, lots of exploring. Nice stuff!

I was hoping for something inative, I guess I'll need more than hope before the majority of games in the gaming industry get inative. Really random I know :confused:
