Exactly.

I played ratchet 1 and 2 and loved both, but now its a little repetitive (im bored of ratchet :/). I like Jak too and for me this serie has more replay value because each game are really different, while each ratchet seems like a "updated version".

But both series are fantastic.

I love them both and own them all but Ratchet & Clank manages to come out on top for me.

Ratchet and Clank, and why I here you ask, they are the better duo, and Ratchet's ever growing of weapons is amazing, so many great designs, he would kick Jak's butt anyday.

Ratchet and Clank has better weapons. Cooler humor and lovelier characters. And while R&C might have went downhill with Gladiator, the next games (Future and Size Matters) look VERY promising. But there's no word on ol' Jak.

Jak & Daxter :D Never played Ratchet because I'm not interested in them that much yet. Jak looks kinda like an elf to me...so anything elven like Link,Legolas,Jak is fine by me. Daxter is plain loud and annoying but he's furry and cute.

I only beat Jak 1 once with all the precursor and got a stupid bonus final ending in history.All that work and pain for a crappy endingXS
Jak 2 and 3 is very hard:eek: can't beat them till today. O.0

Though I havn't played neither series. I would probally have to choose acording to gameplay and reviews I've looked over the past few days.

Ratchet And Clank. Look's simple, and the storylines looks spot-on!

Jak and Daxter. Although I had a lot of fun with what I've played of Ratched and Clank (a demo of 2 and 3 and I have Gladiator). I'd definitely buy furutre sequels of both franchises and any spin offs (like a Daxter sequel).

Gladiator isn't a true representation of what Ratchet & Clank is really like. It was practically a spin-off title.

I strongly recommend starting with number 1 and playing them in order if you ever get the time.

To be honest, I did play the first Jak and Daxter first, before buying Ratchet and Clank, so both are good titles, but Ratchet and Clank has pretty much won the battle between both duos.
