Dxtre3d is just the editor not the whole egine, so if you are building a tr4 level then use wadmerger as usual for build your custom WAD with custom animation, and build a dumy tr4 level which can be used as base file.

Wadmergers animation editor can also be used for other TR game versions!

You need to use TR2WAD and create a wad for your version with the object you want to modify.

Now make new animations or ?? in wadmerger.
Create a TR4 dummy level from that. It dont matter if its a TR4 level we only want the object.

Now use Fexmerger to import the object into your basefile!!!

For TR5 you wont have any sounds to your object. Toobad!

For TR4 you will want to make the level and use as a basefile. Fexmerger can mess up the sounds!

For TR3 and TR2 everything works perfect!!! Ive done it myself!
