There has been a tremendous amount of complaining going on around here, specifically, in the Tomb Raider anniversary section. It seems screenshot, video, or info that comes out; users constantly find “small” details to bash. Basically, most of the bashing is blown out of proportion.
I feel I have a right to complain myself, not about tomb raider anniversary, but to all the complainers who really frustrate me and who interfere with my excitement and anticipation towards tomb raider: anniversary.
First of all, I would like to say that you complainers need to be more appreciative towards Crystal. They have worked their butts off trying to bring tomb raider back to the top and I must say they did an excellent job at it with Legend (please don’t bash me for saying that).
I can’t believe most of you are complaining about the visual/art direction with this game, some even saying the visuals are too realistic. First of all, this is the best looking tomb raider I’ve laid eyes on. And the amazing fact is that it’s running on the PS2!
With core gone would you rather Eidos/crystal stop making tomb raider games altogether? Seriously, will realistic graphics, new gameplay, and better controls really ruin this game? I think not. In my opinion at least.
