This thread May be completly pointless, but lately I have become quite restless about not knowing the official release date. I am just wondering when Eidos are going to unviel it, and if it is going to be anytime soon. I know alot of people think it is the 25th May, but I just cant accept that until I got official confirmation of Eidos.

Close this thread if you feel it is unneccasary, but I was just wondering if any of you folk feel the same way :)

yes i do feel the same way, but as the same as other games edios wont release the official release date until nearer the actual release, if you get my drift ^^

The longer we wait the better if you ask me...

Theres so much resting on the success of this title...even more so than on Legend if you ask me...

Legend attracted many new fans, but disappointed a LOT of the old 'traditionalists' at the same time ! Since this is a remake of the old game, a game that us CORE fgans hold close to our hearts....a slip up on a par with LEGEND could prove disasterous !!!!

EIDOS probably know this, and are holdig back the release date until they are certain the game will be finished before it is released !

If they issue one, and fail to stick to it...they'll get bombarded by complaints and look unprofessional (cough AOD's countless delays, Legends shortening). So by keeping a release date hidden, until they are sure the game is ready can only be a good thing in my eyes :D

Their last mistake was rushing Core and making them release the AoD early before half of it was complete. That move backfired, so surely they will take their time completing AE assuring that it doesn't become all buggy and that everything intended for the release will be released.

Once we know the release date it'll go in sooo slowly and there'll be a whole load of "grrrhhh why isn't it coming out sooner?!!" threads ;)

I'm happy to sit and wait, besides the suns outside, no-one should be indoors when there's plenty of stuff to do waiting out there, you know :)
