Although we've not had direct confirmation either way....i'd say it seems highly unlikely....

If it hasnt been confirmed then im still hoping :) Especially with the news AE will be on Steam, they love having little addons to make you use the crappy system.

The people who have won an invitation for a preview of the game at Eidos France asked them and they answered no. :(

Thats not exactly an official conformation though. If they'd asked "Will there be a next-gen version?" they'd have said no, but on the Gamespot On The Spot thing they said they were thinking about it.

My only problem with Eidos adding the lower-grade version of Unifinshed Business into the newer-grade of TRA, it would look weird. I know that if this footage was added to the "extras" cd, It would be fine. But I wonder if CD should remake the Unfinished Part...I dont know if that would be a good idea or not, b/c TR cannot go with the TRA game...:o

that's too bad they're not in there, they would've fit in nicely :(

Nothing has been confirmed, but it's extremely unlikely that they'll include Unfinished Business. It's brilliant, but personally, I'd rather they work on the main parts of the story and make them as good as they can be. In the future, if Anniversary is ever released on the Xbox 360, which is likely, in my opinion, I think they should put them on Xbox Live. It's the number one online gaming store and it would surely sell. ;)

I haven't played UB because it wouldn't work properly on my PC, so I'd love it be to included with Anniversary. :)

Mmmh you're probably right. :)

I really hope they will be included...

If it"s not already in TRA - I think this would be a great marketing tool to keep us occupied while we"re waiting for TR9 (TRL2). I missed out on the original UB 'cos I have PS2 not PC, so it would be great to experience this for the first time.

Even if it's not an exact "unfinished business" storyline, they could always come up with something similar, or develop some of the things that didn"t quite make it into the TRL or TRA finished product. This way it"s not distracting them too much from developing TR9.

Basically, there's no storyline involved. Lara just goes back to Egypt for 2 levels and back to Atlantis for 2 levels. The levels are very good and creative, though.

Anyhow, here's my completely unofficial and not confirmed theory about UB in TRA: I think that some of the areas in UB have "inspired" areas in TRA. So, I think CD will include parts of UB incorporated into the main adventure.

I believe in a way the bffc confirms that Unfinished Business shall not be included. If it were included I'm sure we would see some kind of evidence of it at the below link.

As far as I can tell, that site lists the cutscene titles and bonus materials. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with what levels are actually in the game. It's still possible that the UB levels are incorporated into the main game :)

Maybe they'll incorporate sections from Unfinished Business into the main Egypt and Atlantis levels. I'd love to see some of the areas from the Hive.

Not likely, but perhaps on the bonus disk

zanatubelmont

I think the bonus disk has just a bunch of special features like on a DVD, not actual gameplay. I thought I read somewhere at tombnews what was going to be put on the 2nd disk?

RichieRobson

they may just blend them into the actual game :)
