some people may have heard of the new Re game coming out for the Wii,

well until now there has been no news for ages,

but now we have a release date

It's like House of the Dead / any other arcade game. Balls.

I'll play it of course, but that's put a downer on it for me. I was expecting Re4 style viewpoint.

I've got Resi evil 4 on the ps2 and I love it..it would interesting to see if it's just as good on the Wii..

First shooter games are okay, but for REsident Evil, nah. Because its hard to kill zombies if they're all in your face. Thats why they have it as third person, because you can see everything. But that game makes me scared b/c those zombies run after you and the camera can only see so much in first person. I'd turn and the zombie would be right on me:(

Thinking about it, that view point point with the Wii control would be good, since aiming would be easier, they could make the game quicker and put more zombies on the screen. :)

But it is basically House of the Dead on the Wii.
