iQue= nintendo copy?

I just found this. It's a company from China. Nintendo didn't want to release the nintendo64 in China because there's so much piracy. I readed it on a forum and aren't 100% sure. But now I found this site:

It looks like nintendo but it isn't. Are they working with Nindendo or are they just copying them? o.O

just found the Nintendo logo in the bottom. LOL. So I guess they work with Nintendo but it's strange anyway.:p

According to Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IQue), iQue is a joint venture between Nintendo and someone else, and it's purpose is to market (some) Nintendo products in China, as well as their own console, the iQue Player.
