OK. I started a thread about this a while back but I lost track of it and since they were only a few replies I thought it wasn't necessary to bump it. (Apart from the fact that I shouldn't do it since it's too old)
The problem is still the same: I install the drivers for my graphics card just fine but If I turn off/reset my computer they appear as uninstalled.

Any suggestions?

Run Diagnose.exe (http://www.tombraiderhub.com/download/diagnose.exe) and post the report for us to see what MB and video board we are talking about.

1. Download Microsoft NET Framework 3.0 (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=10CC340B-F857-4A14-83F5-25634C3BF043&displaylang=en) & ATI Radeon 9250 drivers (http://ati.amd.com/support/drivers/xp/radeon-prer300-xp.html)
Install Microsoft NET Framework 2.0.
2. Reboot.
3. Delete you current video drivers from: Control panel > System > Hardware > Device manager.
4. Reboot and ignore Windows "New hardware found" message.
5. Install video drivers manually (run downloaded package).
6. Reboot.
7. Go to Start menu, select Run, type in "dxdiag" without quotes and press OK button. In upcoming window select Display tab, and turn on Direct Draw & Direct 3D acceleration and AGP textures if these options are off. Press OK button.

Download, unZIP and run Autoruns Diagnostic tool (http://www.savefile.com/files/700297) and post the report here.
Do you have any antivirus running constantly on your PC? If yes then I recommend to turn it off while downloading and installing drivers.
Mind that drivers are OK, so we'll try to find what's wrong with your system.

Update SiS AGP driver from THAT (http://www.asrock.com/mb/download.asp?Model=K7S41GX) page
Then install NET 3.0 (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=10CC340B-F857-4A14-83F5-25634C3BF043&displaylang=en), reboot, then install Catalyst.
