Need wall paper help.

Hey Guys :wve:
Just wondered if any of you fine people can help me. Basically i'm needing to make the picture below into a wall paper for me PSP but i'm not having any luck, it may not even be possible. If anyone can resize it for me and give me a few pointers on how to achieve it i would be truely thankful. I've inserted the link to the pic as it's way too big to be posted. Thanks in advance.
