Well you Killed her During the Fight for Lara to Escape, anyway She Couldn't be Fully Immortal because she was Half Human

Jake Croft

Yeah but im sure she had clones of herself... maybe they were also immortal? Hey we'll never know unless they do a follow up

You cannot sure one is truly dead until you sever his/her head off, maybe with other body parts as well.

You cannot sure one is truly dead until you sever his/her head off, maybe with other body parts as well. Unless you unknowingly killed a twin or clone, or a clone is grown later with memories restored by sci-fi sleight of hand, or it was a parallel universe, or a dream, or some kind of illusion, or the Mission Impossible team tricked you into killing a double, or the head was cryogenically preserved and later surgically reattached, or...

Did I miss something? since when was Natla immortal? The only reason she is still alive is because Tihocan and Qual...the other guy froze her as a punishment, killing her wouldn't be a great enough punishment. It says no where she has clones of herself so I dunno where you thought of that one. In fact the only place you "see" her die before you shoot her is when she falls into the lava, but since she is based around a fiery Pyramid I don't think he was vulnerable to fire.

She was strong but not immortal.

Anyway, someone immortal is someone who doesn't die naturally. But you can kill an immortal :D

Was that directed at me? o.O I only posted a definition of the word Immortal, in a smug way to prove your definition of immortality wrong. :ton:

My understanding is this:

In the original TR1 canon, since both Qualopec and Tihocan are dead it is assumed that Natla can die as well. (Since they were all of the same species and rank.) Considering she was thrown off a cliff into lava, shot by Lara, shot again by Lara, and then the Pyramid exploded with her inside it, I would guess she be dead.

However in the canon of Anniversary/Legend, it seems that both Qualopec and Tihocan are still alive somewhere therefore Natla could still be alive. Not only that but she said that she was immortal in TRA, a claim I don't think she made in TR1. She just said she would be "hard to kill" or something like that.
