Stuck At The Sanctuary Of Scion (Pillars)

Ok, this is probably the worst place to get stuck. But i've been trying for four or five hours to perform this jump.This is from the walktrough
From the topmost crevice, jump to grab the second inner gray pillar. Climb to the topmost crevice, traverse around and jump to grab with your Grapple the gold ring on the wall. You have to perform the wall run and jump to grab the fourth gray pillar
I just can't perform the wall run with jump,does anybody have any tips? Or which buttons do you have to press to make lara wall run?I'm playing the PC version by the way, and which button do you have to press to make her jump to the pillar? Because i've been pressing A, please help me! thanks

I've no idea what your problem is. Finding the grapple ring? The wall-run backflip?

Exactly the wall-run backflip.How do i do that properly?Which buttons exactly do i have to push?

Get plenty of momentum; if it helps, try going down the most you can (remember how the rope worked in TR4/5? The lower on the rope you placed Lara, the higher she would swing), so start swinging and when you see her exactly to the right of the pillar press jump (I don't remember if I pressed the left key at the same time) and she'll grab the crevice. Oh, try to set the camera facing this pillar, with the wall to the right.

Anker, with which buttons do i swing?I just can't recall i'm so frustrated, how do i swing? I just can't make her move once she's grappled, please reply.Thanks for the reply
