I FINALLY BEAT THE CISTERN! :jmp:

That freaking level was so back-and-forth! I was so frustrated, because the first time I started it, there was a bug or something; I opened a gate underwater to get a key but there was some kind of invisible barrier that prevented me from reaching the key. I thought it was a current or something, but it wasn't. Eventually, after looking everywhere for a possible solution, I gave up and stopped playing for like 4 weeks. I restarted the level today and finally did it!

I read a walkthrough for one tiny part though, cuz I got stuck. It was funny/scary, because I had just jumped into the water in the big main room, where I had killed two crocodiles, and I read in the walkthrough "swim to the ledge and get out immediately because there's a crocodile you need to shoot" and I was like "what crocodile?" and RIGHT then it came up behind me and scared the S#!T out of me.

Can't wait to play that level in Anniversary, with all its new pretty graphics!

LOL congrats on beating it :jmp:! Yes indeed it is very frusterating, but I still really enjoyed that level very much. I also can't wait to play this level on Anniversary, it would be awesome :D

Cistern is a great level, I personally liked the atmosphere in the water room.

Tomb Of Tihocan is my favourite level in TR1, I won't give to much away, but this is the level where you first encounter Centaurs, but when? :ton:

Uh. I don't think so. In TR1 you had to see where you could get without flooding, and then with flooding and work it out. TRA was fun, but it was an uber small puzzle compared to TR1.
