Thank you Cantina, it worked. You don`t happen to know where there secret is in the dome of St Paul`s Cathedral do you?. Does anyone know where it is? And the Cathedral Key? I`d be most grateful to anyone who can tell me.

Here goes, shoot the snipers, then run into the center of the buidling and push the block as far as it can go, in the direction where Lara first entered the structure.

Grab the small medipack, then run and jump over to the distant slope to claim the cathedral key, This jump is really tricky, took me forever to get it straight. Here's a hint, lay off the action button as you jump, you need the height in order to hit the slope.

The final secret is on the opposite side of the building to the left, you'll see a break in the fence line, climb down the ladder and follow the path. Grab the large medipack, then you're free to end the level.
