Tomb Raider Environments

Hey. Like the rest of you, I’ve been having a great time playing through the new tomb raider (Which by the way I’m loving) and the levels are really very, very beautiful. I’ve got the full PC version and after playing through the game a few times now I decided to really just look at the environments in a “wow this is gorgeous” way rather than a “That’s cool, but how the heck do I past this???” way. I took some screenshots of the first level and just thought I would share them with you guys.

If you guys have any other areas you'd like to see from a birds' eye view just ask me, it's alot of fun to make these.

The environments in TRA are breathtaking. I wish they were larger/more open like in TR1, but their realistic structures and lush textures make up for it. The architecture through TRA is so detailed and well-made. Bravo to the game designers.

To be honest I think TRA does just fine without next gen graphics. Saying that... It would have been nice... you never know what CD are thinking with the 360.

Yes, very true. I just hope that with these amazing environments, CD will learn to LENGTHEN THEIR GAMES.

I agree.

TRA was longer than Legend though, so they are headed in the right direction I think.
