I guess the final version of the Figure will look quite nice, but I'm not really into all the merchandise things... still, if people are interested in having a small model of Lara on the desk, fine by me :)

at least the pose is interesting and her torso doesn't look as lobng asthe legend one, but the face is still prety iffy

Looks really good, even unpainted. It would be interesting to see (closely) the final product. And the pose is original. I like it a lot.

It looks great and I like very much the pose, though something about her face bothers me :pi:, I guess that in the final verson her face will look better.
It looks as worse as the Legend one I just recently viewed on this forum, considering CD are making Lara "cute" that certainly isn't...
Hmm.
I'll reserve judgement until I can see a better pic of the finished product.

Interesting. It would be nice if you could paint it yourself. I redid my Legend figure so it looks better than the Chinese paint job.
I like it. If it's less than $50 I'll probably pick one up.

Various online stores would have it; I got mine Legend one from Legends Action Figures (http://www.legendsactionfigures.com/) for $16. You can also try eBay. :)

She would probably have the same articulation as Legend Lara. As for accessories, nothing known at this point. NECA did mention they will be bringing more news next week so hopefully we would know soon. :)

Still looks like crap. NECA figures are never painted to the quality of the promo figures either. They're just an out and out horrible company when it comes to creating collector's pieces...they all look like they're designed for your 4 year old to throw in the muck and bite the head off it...probably in that order too. A company like Medicom need to make a Tomb Raider figure, show them how it's supposed to be done.

The face still looks a little Pete Burns-ish though. Not as much as before certainly, but it still doesn't look very much like in-game Lara. It still looks like a basic model they've had of another action figure that they've just altered a little and re-used.
I don't collect dolls...errr...action figures (:p) but I've never been very happy with the look of Neca models. Especially their Leon S. Kennedy one from RE4 that has the wrong hair colour and looks like it has rickets.

Oh damn lol I might have to buy this one too...... lol I have to admit I bought the Legend one....Not the best decision on my part. It's pretty ugly but I love Lara and it was at my local Hot Topic and somehow the lighting in there made it look better XD. But this one looks WAY better than the Legend one!

I think they aim at FMV Lara we've seen in the trailers, which, IMO, this figure does resembles. ;)

I agree with you on that one, the face isn't quite right because of the eyes but overall the resemblance for FMV Lara is pretty good.
