You usually can find the specular maps in the normal map alpha channel, there's Original AO maps in the Blue channel too but they won't work as good as Blender baked maps.

I will try this on my next street fighter model ^^
I normaly use a tool called shadermap pro it converts diffuse textures in to normals, lightmaps and some other stuff
