Howdy, D: you also need to remove doubles (set at '0'), as that's what's causing the 'problem' in the first place (as Dusan has explained, it's the nature of XNALara to require doubles to properly contain all the required vertex information in some cases; unfortunately this also causes a hard edge where it is done, as with the joint between mesh parts at the ankle - it's not a bug, it's a feature!).
You may also need to do something with the materials: if there is more than one material (each with its associated texture) assigned to a mesh part, then that part will appear with a scrambled texture on it in XNALara.
Keep on meshing!
