Default Stuck in Wii version.

So im in the "puppet no longer" level, trying to get back to Lara's yacht, but reading the walkthrough, there appears to be several things missing in the Wii version, especially a wall grapple point, and a vertical pole switch...all completely not there in the room right after the Thor statue and the tree.

Any Wii owners with similar problems?

Am I just completely missing something?

ive completed that puzzle, i opened the door, lara says the gauntlet needs to be recharged.....in that room, with the water, the overhead grapple point, and the crumbled doorway. there is no switch to open the underwater door.

am i missing something?

I replied to your email. I've been in that area in teh demo, and i managed to get it open. It's shouldn't be that hard. This is the message

ooo... the graphics are pretty good for a wii game, looks really identical to the pc version. Now, I think I know where to go, and this is from my knowledge from using the fly tool in the demo, and i got to this room and successfully opened the door with the pole you are looking for. After swing with your grapple, go to the ledge on the left and jump up to grab another. When I saw the video, I noticed that you jumped backwards. Instead, try going to the left, and see if lara does teh movement to jump left. Jump left and see what happens. The ledges you jumped on were imprtant to finding the switch (if they weren't then why put them there in the first place). I really hope this might help.

thanks for your reply tombraiderxii, but the ledges lead nowhere.
i cant wall jump anywhere, there is no wall grapple, or pole, no underwater switch of any kind...im starting to think that they shipped the wii version incomplete.

anyone else get the wii version, and progressed farther than "puppet no longer" level?

are you sure? Try checking again. It's the one to the far left after jumping w/ the grapple, and get to the top and try traversing until it prompts you to jump. It has to be there somewhere and you just can't see it. Remember, explore EVERYTHING, stop at NOTHING.

Woah, i have it on ds as well. I'm on Mexico and started the part with the traps! It's actually pretty fun. Santa Cruz Games have done a pretty good job, and it doesn't feel like the piece of crap legend was on the ds. It has a lot of replayability (and cinematics) and the minigames are fun and the treasures are worth looking for. Let's just say Lara finds a lot of gold in her journey on the ds.

I got TRU for the Wii and am stuck in the same exact spot. All the help I keep getting says to look for the wall ring and climb the pole, but there is no wall ring nor pole. Just the ceiling ring the the two crevices on the side with the rubble (and climbing those has lead me no where). How do I get out of here so I can continue to enjoy my game??
