What would you do it TR became a 360 exclusive - Page 5

I'll be getting a PS3 come Christmas time, but I'm a 360 owner and will continue to play TR on the 360. However, making it an exclusive is STUPID. IMO, a game shouldn't be exclusive to one platform unless the developer is tied with Sony/Microsoft/Nintendo.

Don't care since I have both 360 and PS3. But if CD continue to make quick buck lame games then I might as well not get it at all.

well i remember when underworld came out i bought a 360 right a way, but that was because all the ads (that i saw) were for x-box, so i figured it would be the best on that consle but then i bought a ps3 and realised how much more i liked it than x-box, not to mention x-box costs money for online

so when they came out with the exlusives it was very dissapointing for me because i couldnt get them (because i have very limited online accses and i cant pay money when im not gunna use it) bottom line, if they made tomb raider and exlusive, ESPECIALLY a X-box exlusive, I (along with a lot of others) would be furious, and im sure tomb raiders sails would plumit. But luckilly i just dont see this happenin (CD have some brains)

You said it yourself, PS3 sold MORE than 360...

Downloadable content doesn't count since it was 360 exclusive; if the DLC was made available to PS3 players from the get go then chances are it'd sell MORE than the 360 did...

I don't have an Xbox so I haven't played the levels they cut out of Underworld to sell to Microsoft as "add-ons". So if TR10 was an Xbox exclusive, I wouldn't play it. Simple. (Doh!)

I'll always be a Lara fan even if I can't buy the latest "game".

My son has an XBox so we would be able to play the game but I would be mad that it was exclusive to one platform. As I was trying to say in the PS3 thread, Tomb Raider should stay as being on the the three main platforms, XBOX, PS3 and PC and...on the Wii as well as that version at least has different features. I can't see why any of the fans should be left out or forced to buy another console just to be able stay with the franchise they've been fans of for a long time.

I think back to when TRU was announced and I realised I didn't have a PC powerful enough to cope, I really thought I wouldn't be able to play, but there was the PS2 version but I doubt that platform will be used again for future games. If TR9 or any future TR becomes exclusive to any platform, then there will be people who simple won't be able to play TR. And that would be a damn shame.
