To be honest I think it has more to do with the processor power than the graphicscard. And as far as I know a GeForce9800 uses more CPU power than an older graphicscard.
(I could be wrong about the CPU playing a big part though... I'm not all that much into the tech stuff part of a computer and the NGLE... )

mh i do have a Pentium D 3.20GHz-3.21GHz, u think it is now a lil old? What CPU do u have?

I have an Intel 2.6Gig core 2 dual processor, 2 Gig of DDR2 ram and have no problems with a 512 Meg Geforce 9800 GTX graphics card and TRNG

I have:
- Dual Core both 3.2 GHz
- 2GB RAM
- GeForce 9800GT 1GB

So my cpu should be ok... ahhh why am i so unlucky? xD
