There is ca cydill on "ca", you should write it "ça" but a lot of people are lazy on the internet and don't write it

"ça" is the short form of "cela". Without the cydill, "ca" is pronounced like "ka", "ça" is like "sa" (see http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/%C3%A7a)

Also, you say "Je vais très bien", but your second phrase is ok!
