Well how do i fix it? And how all of a sudden can it be doing this? When its never done it before

Have you tried Windows Sound Recorder already, like aktrekker suggested?
I used to use it before I started using TRNG (with TRNG the WAV format does not have to be the default TRLE format anymore) and it always worked best for me.

OK I resaved the audio with sound recorder and I am now back to the clicks.
THEN I changed the flyby music, and the Level one background music. And every thing is back to normal. Its all working perfectly. SOOOOO This means its the audio I am wanting to use. But WHY is it doing this? When I am saving every thing like its supposed to be saved. I get clicks ![]() This is annoying me. I want to use these audios but i cant seem to get them to play.
