Got it today - and .. Wow!
I'm a couple of hours into it, taking my time. JUST got the Assassin's Outfit - and immediately went to the shop and had it dyed black and red.

It feels so different from the first game. I loved AC1, and yet, AC2 seems so much better already! So many new features, it feels like a much fuller, more rounded and complete gaming experience.

So I am replaying the first game then I am going to replay ACII. But now that I am playing ACI, the graphics are better than ACII's. I'm convinced I'm not insane now. xD

But anyways, I can't wait to replay ACII! Seriously the best game I played all year, and my favorite story in gaming so far.

Can I ask if this is a game to recommend because I am planning on buying the Black Edition for PC in March and I want to know if this is a good game to buy?

where is the Glyph on the Avamposto Veneziano?

(it's the ship in Romagna/Forli, that takes you to Venice [Venezia] for the first time).

i've used Eagle Vision all around the outside perimeter of the ship (from the water). ive climbed atop both masts, and used eagle vision; to see all of the inside of the ship, and still nothing. theres a door on the ship that assumingly leads to the sleeping quarters or storage area, but it doesnt open, so im guessing that that isnt where the Glyph is.

if someone has found it, or has the strategy guide, i would really appreciate it!

It's on the side of the light tower (the one with the flame burning in it), it took me forever to find it.

^ really?, then why does that game tell you that its on the ship? (i assume yore talking about the lighthouse looking structure)

i cant check right now, because im at the library, but it will be the first thing i do when i get home.

I don't remember it saying it was on the ship, I just remember it saying it was around that area.

But it definitely is on the light house.

it definatley says that its on the ship. When you get to the Avamposto Veneziano, you get a history card, and it shows the ship, and its name. And at the top of the card its Says:

Rebecca86: Theres one of those glyphs Shaun mentioned on this landmark. Go and find it! ---(or something like that).

When you go to the start menu and then: Database>Locations>Romagna/Forli>Sort:Glyph Locations-----it shows the ship again.

maybe its a mistake the developers made?

Yeah, I don't think those show exactly which landmark it ment.

When you read the info about the area it talks about the docking and the area in gerneral but it mentions the boat a few times. But I don't think they ment for the "landmark" to be the boat.

Btw, if you are having anymore issues I just found a great Guide that shows where all the Glyph locations are.
