The first: I've seen that video a couple of times before on these forums, but this version may be longer. Thanks.

The second: the guys were screwing around on the weekend with an over-the-top hellcat Lara. Cute, loved the hip sway. But Jesus, her teeth look pointed when she snarls! I'm glad they went with someone more ladylike, but tough. Possibly this was an artistic exercise.

I've never seen it, thanks for posting.

The cutscene was never in Tomb Raider 1, although it might have been in Tomb Raiders, it was before the final story was even settled on. Both are real just not related to the final game.

If you look at the Gamefan scan from Nov 1995 you can see pictures from both of the videos. Lara was still called Lara Cruz in the magazine, so i guess it was pretty early when they made those scenes.

Oh and BTW i found something else deleted from the game, but i'm not sure what it was meant for exactly.

It is strange but I think we should have info on that teaser trailer somewhere. I suspect it might be related to the pitch done to get the game developed, so an internal video rather than something for public consumption. If any one can remember it ever being shown at any gaming events in 1995 it would be nice to hear the details. I might ask Toby Gard about it, he would be the best one to know why it was made and what they used it for. Obviously it took them a bit longer to make the game than they first thought. So again not something that was ever intended to be in the final game.
