![]() What an old thread and it's great to still be getting inbox messages regarding! Please keep an eye on the forum. As this is an old thread, within a few days I will be opening a new one showcasing a new project. I will attempt to again add as many possible TREP patches and features but my two main improvements are WIDESCREEN! Have figured out what codes I need to replace. I'll be supplying 3 new EXEs and this time, they'll all be based on the original XP/7 Multipatch update from TRC.com (Must use a CD to play) to avoid piracy. All 3 EXEs will include the TREP features but best of all there will be a file for 4:3, 16:9 and 16:10 so you may alternate whichever. Unfortunately, it will not be TRUE widescreen. It'll be 'fake' widescreen (method used in TRC) where basically, the top and bottom of the screen are slightly 'cut' and zoomed in. It's the best I can do with my expertise i'm afraid but IMO the effect looks great on cutscenes and gameplay already, no more stretched short tubby Lara!

![]() particularly widescreen. ------------------------------ But I think players should be aware that - for custom levels - the TRLE version of "Grab to Climb pause disabled" can affect gameplay : - just so players know : it can give extra seconds on timed runs. For myself I did not care soo much, since I was so bad at timed runs, it felt as if the patch only compensated for a personal handicap. - at least on one occasion, without me noticing this first, it led to sth. like bypassing a check for like "pull-up-not-possible_object-in-the-way". I should have shot/ shattered those objects first, but with the quick-pull-up patch she pulled into a "blocked" crawlspace anyway. She would not do that without this patch (tested). But I do not remember if any such situation is there in TRLR. Even if so, it would probably be minor (neglectable) concern anyways.
