How do you throw a flare? - Page 2

Just tried it on the Mac. I don't have a keyboard with a numpad so I don't know if that's what people are talking about. 0 will light a flare but not throw, / will light and throw.

You press flare key to throw it that's how i did it. It's L2 on my PS3.

Well on the PC version there is two keys for the flare, one of them is the 0 key and the other the default key. One allows you to throw it by pressing the same key and the other doesn't seem to allow you to do it.

Just how like on the PS version you can do (select + R1) or L2.

Select + R1 was only used on TR4 and TR5.

Forgot about it being used in TR3. They started putting that shortcut in because of the crawl and sprint features in the game.

So the only TR game with flares that the throw flare action don't work with the select + R1 was TR2.

TR2 didn't use the select + R1 feature it used L2 for the flares, it started with TR3. Also I don't think the console version really had any problems with throwing flares like the OP was talking about.

I know it used L2 to throw flares in TR2 but i was just saying that another way to draw flares was to go to inventory and select them.
