the UMP in Guardian of Semerkhet is the 3rd secret area where if you take one item the other 2 ignite w/ flames making them impossible to grab and beat the game with.

But if you take it, then there isn't a UMP in TR4 then?
And if you try to take it while it's on fire, does she start on fire? or will just not do the action?
Bc if she starts on fire, you could just spam MP's till you find water haha

Lara will catch fire if you try to take the burning medipack. And you can't find water, because there is none in that level.

Technically you could grab all 3 items, catch fire and then repeatidly use medipacks until you complete the level. This would be stupid as you'd end up using about 50 medipacks but by doing this you can complete the level with the items.
