A Melody Transcatheter Pulmonic Heart Valve. December 16th, 2010. Makes any other gift I ever got pale to nothingness. Until I got that I had no real idea how poorly functioning my heart was and the positive effect of the new valve was immediate.

And it was something I bought myself because I got fed up with crap presents from my parents year after year that I didn't even want/ask for
