Refreshed.

Ran 20 times on the race track yesterday. I figured that the standard race track is about 400 meters long, or 440 yards. If I run 20 times, hence it'd be like 400 x 20 = 8000 meters.

That's 8km per day, which is a measly 5 miles. Other joggers run average at least 8-10 miles basically, every single day. I got a long way and a lot of work to improve it seems.

Think I'll add-up to 32 laps [8km] for today routine. Later I can amp it up to 40 laps [10km])

How inspiring!
